Looking glass

I was sceptical at first. I answered the questions and started to reflect on the answers;I began to see a pattern. Then I read how to Apply these ideas to the goal setting. After the first 3 months I found an energy. This energy was infectious and spilled over from home to work. I am only to March and I have got a lot more done than last year this time.

At first i procrastinated about getting started, but when I did; I just could'nt stop. it has allowed me to be clear about myself and what I want for me.

I have been able to

I have been able to really focus on activities that I cannot seem to fit into my life and schedule them into my day. The only part of the process that I wish could be more complete is the timeframe for scheduling. I have a job that I work from 7:45 to 4:15. I cannot schedule anything during that time. It would have been more helpful to me to have times to schedule before work and after work. I LOVE the meditations! I can find myself tightening up my neck and shoulders and realize it sooner and relax myself.

So far, so good. I recently got the PDF printed out and put it into a binder, so I can't say much about it yet. However, I'm getting good vibes from the material I've gone through so far. Excited to keep progressing!
