Great Resource for setting goals for a fulfilling life

I found this book as a friend of mine liked it on Facebook. I downloaded the free sample that Dragon Tree provided and after going through the questions on the free sample I knew I wanted to get the Rituals for Living Dream book. I already have a planner that I love. What I love about the Rituals for Living Dream book it asks deep thought questions to make you look at your life and what you are lacking in your life to have a well rounded life. Not just in your career but in your creativity, spiritual, just to name a few. It also gives a weekly goal to achieve and it has a 1, 3,and 10 year goal sheet that you can fill out. It is also not dated so you can start at anytime through out the year. I just started using my Dreambook and it has made me realize the goals that I have never thought about achieving and it has made me really reflect where I am currently at in my life and where I want to be. Great book I would recommend highly

I was sceptical at first. I answered the questions and started to reflect on the answers;I began to see a pattern. Then I read how to Apply these ideas to the goal setting. After the first 3 months I found an energy. This energy was infectious and spilled over from home to work. I am only to March and I have got a lot more done than last year this time.
